Refund policy
Our Promise
We want you to love your GrowBox. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Because many of our products are living items, our returns policy works a little differently from regular retail stores.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your plants, seedlings, or garden materials arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We’ll either:
-
send a replacement item, or
-
provide a refund or store credit.
We may ask for photos so we can understand what went wrong and improve future boxes.
Change of Mind
Because our boxes include perishable or living items, we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong product.
If your order hasn’t yet been packed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible—if it hasn’t left our fulfilment centre, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Missing Items
If something’s missing from your box, email us at bevan@growbox.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send any missing items straight away or add them to your next shipment.
Plant Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your plants leave our nursery healthy.
If they arrive in poor condition, get in touch within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to replace or refund affected items.
Please remember that gardening is a living process—once plants are in your care, their success depends on local conditions and aftercare
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
