*Depending on the season, we aim to source a combination from some of the following: Mint, Basil, Italian Parsley, Dill, Coriander, Rocket, Thyme, Curly Parsley, Marjoram, French Parsley, Sage and Tarragon.

Adding quality organic matter is essential for giving your seedlings the best chance at a disease-free, nutrient-rich life. Mulching with pea straw means:

1. less weeding and less work
2. protecting your soil and allowing for a living-soil ecosystem 
3. returning nitrogen to the soil as it breaks down - a key nutrient for plant food.  

GrowBox Soil Food

Full of goodness, this is all-natural, manure-based and hot-composted. It's used on all our test beds. This blend nourishes soil by improving structure, aiding water retention and providing nutrients. It boosts plants' production and health in a sustainable way. 

We package and bag on demand to ensure the compost isn't sitting around are arrives in the best condition possible. Designed for topping up around the bases of plants without having leftovers degrade in the shed. 

GrowBox Soil Mulch

We use locally sourced pea straw, often hailed as the gold standard for mulching, for its ability to return nitrogen to the soil. Mulching has the benefits of protecting the soil from harsh sun and roots from temperature drops, it enables a healthy living-soil ecosystem.
